His leadership experience includes Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Merck KGaA, as well as senior roles with the US Air Force, US Department of Defense (DoD), US Counter Narcotics Task Force, and US Army.

Sascha is a specialist in Commercial Airline Management and Airline Restructuring. He has led numerous high-impact projects worldwide, including founding the luxury airline beOnd and being its first Chief Commercial Officer. Sascha's expertise spans business development, strategic visioning, and contract negotiation, consistently achieving exceptional outcomes. He has also held leadership roles at Alton Aviation Consultancy, IATA, Airbus Consulting, and Lufthansa Group.

Dario is a highly experienced organizational behaviour specialist and is our expert in corporate governance, organizational design and human resources solutions. He supports clients around the world working closely with Boards and executive management to design & implement change strategies. Dario has previously led international HR organisations in KPMG and BearingPoint and has assisted clients with performance improvement to executive coaching.
