Shakeel Adam

Managing Director

Shakeel leads the firm’s capabilities in restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial strategy, as well as competition and anti-trust. Having started his career as a wing design engineer at Bombardier Aerospace, he has held senior management roles across Operations and Commercial in Air Canada and Lufthansa Group and has consulted airlines, railways, aircraft manufacturers, financial institutions and government around the world.

Michael Beaupre

Michael is an expert in digitization and an industry leader in cyber security, organizational risk management, and compliance. He focuses on connecting people with technology across diverse cultures to enhance decision making, reduce costs, and drive innovation. His leadership experience includes Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Merck KGaA, as well as senior roles with the US Air Force, US Department of Defense (DoD), US Counter Narcotics Task Force, and US Army.

George Reeleder

Executive Associate

George Reeleder has over 30 years aviation experience and has held key leadership roles at Air Canada, Caribbean Airlines and airlines in Asia in a wide variety of areas including Chief Commercial Officer, Marketing, Network Planning, Scheduling deploying a fleet of over 300 aircraft, as well as senior operations roles as General Manager of Air Canada's hubs in Toronto and Vancouver. He was key to ACs transformation following bankruptcy in 2005.

Stephen Mallett

Executive Associate

Stephen has over 30 years experience as an airline executive with a particular focus on business structure, organization and management processes, reporting and governance. He has held senior appointments at British Airways, was Deputy President at Royal Jordanian and Deputy CEO (Commercial) of NAS in Saudi Arabia. He has been on the Board of Directors of numerous airlines in the UK, Europe and the Middle East and has set up and developed airlines including full scheduled, regional, LCC, charter and executive.

Dario Schuler

Dario is a highly experienced organizational behaviour specialist and is our expert in corporate governance, organizational design and human resources solutions. He supports clients around the world working closely with Boards and executive management to design & implement change strategies. Dario has previously led international HR organisations in KPMG and BearingPoint and has assisted clients with performance improvement to executive coaching.
