Aviado engaged to evaluate the upside potential of a large asian airline

Aviado Partners has been engaged by an investment bank to evaluate the upside potentials for this large airline, ahead of a potential sale of shares in the airline to investors. The engagement seeks to identify improvement potentials and to quantify the enterprise value increase from implementing these improvements. This mandate is critical to identifying the true value of the airline and to demonstrate to potential investors the potential upside of investing in the airline. Aviado's extensive hands-on experience in airline management, turnarounds and performance management, based on working with airlines all around the world, provides the airline with credible improvement ideas. The mandate evaluates the potential improvements across all commercial areas, including revenue enhancements, product, fare families, yield management, cargo management, and loyalty.

About the Client

This project was carried out on behalf of a leading investment bank. The airline is in the $3-$5 Billion annual revenue segment, is a national carrier and operates a mixed fleet of regional aircraft, single-aisle and twin-aisle aircraft with a network spanning four continents. It is one of the largest employers in its country, and is expanding to strengthen its market position.
