Aviado Partners receives 2 year extension to support the air services development strategy through O&D traffic modelling at a highly awarded international airport in the Asia Pacific region

Aviado-Partners Consulting GmbH, a leading international airline and airport consulting firm, has received an extension until 2016 to support a major international airport in the Asia-Pacific region. In this mandate, Aviado Partners is developing a comprehensive air services development model for the client. In addition, Aviado is evaluating opportunities for new air services identifying specific markets and airlines to grow capacity and/or introduce new services. The analysis considers to/from domestic and international traffic as well as hub optimization models to attract services away from competing hubs. 

 

Aviado Partners is also supporting the client with targetted airline marketing campaign development and with providing ongoing data-driven analyses of changing market services announced by airlines. Through detailed O&D traffic forecasting, in this engagement Aviado Partners is also providing the client with insights to the potential risks and opportunities from changes in airline services to other airports which may affect traffic flows to/from and through the client's airport.
