Aviado Partners has been engaged by Syphax Airlines of Tunisia to provide a 2014-2018 network and fleet plan

Aviado-Partners Consulting GmbH, a leading international airline consulting firm, has been engaged by Syphax Airlines of Sfax, Tunisia to support its 2015-2018 business planning activities. This mandate involves developing a fast-track network analysis to develop a basis for network development and fleet expansion over the 2014-2018 period. Aviado Partners is also working with Syphax Airlines' bankers to support the development of the business plan.

 

Aviado Partners' support includes a review of the airline's strategy, commercial purpose and shareholder mandate combined with a demand-based analysis of the market to define the business model, evaluate network and fleet mix options and to outline the network growth and fleet development plan for the coming 4 years.
