Aviado Partners has been engaged to assist Air Malta with its restructuring

Aviado-Partners Consulting GmbH, a leading international airline consulting firm, has been engaged by Air Malta, a regional European full service carrier, to assist with its restructuring activities. Aviado Partners has been engaged directly by this airline to provide a range of services as part of its turnaround. Planned activities include assisting with technical and practical assistance on a detailed operational level to strengthen capabilities, process, tools and management capabilities. 

 

Through this agreement, the airline will have access to Aviado Partners' experts with extensive experience across airline strategy, airline restructuring, commercial planning, network design, fleet planning, alliances, loyalty, revenue management, flight operations and engineering. The available Aviado Partners team is comprised of senior resources who have been involved in over 50 airline strategy and restructuring assignments around the world.
