Aviado-Partners Consulting GmbH, a leading international transport-sector consulting firm, is providing business advisory services to a privately owned airline in Canada. In this capacity, Managing Partner Shakeel Adam and Advisory Council member Dr. Fred Lazar have been contracted to provide overall advice on various aspects including overall strategy, competition, sales, distribution, network, alliances, codeshares, technology, management and organization design and talent retention.
