Aviado engaged to evaluate commercial cooperation for a national airline

Aviado has been engaged to support this client with an evaluation of the commercial benefits arising from two national airlines, both iconic brands, entering into a commercial partnership. Aviado supports the client by engaging in a network synergy modelling review, taking into account anti-trust constraints and evaluating whether pursuing anti-trust immunity would be beneficial.
