Aviado has been engaged by a multi-national and pan-regional large private equity investments group to support the client in their ambitions to acquire airlines and airports.

With a mandate to develop the business plan for the acquisition of the airline, Aviado Partners deployed a senior team of experts who have worked in industry having held roles including CEO, CCO, CMO, COO, CRO, head of Network, head of Revenue Management, head of Operations and many others. The engagement is led by Aviado's Managing Director Shakeel Adam and includes team members from the Germany, Canada, Italy, the UK, and Brazil.

Once completed, Aviado will support the transaction closing process and is expected to lead the transition and post-deal turnaround and restructuring of the airline.
