Aviado Partners wins mandate to conduct a revenue management review / audit at Qantas International

Aviado Partners Consulting GmbH, a leading international airline consulting firm, has won a highly contested tender to provide commercial airline consulting services to one of the world's largest and oldest airlines.

This engagement with a major flag carrier in the Asia Pacific region requires Aviado Partners to
- evaluate the performance of current revenue management practices,
- identify strengths to be retained and opportunities for improvement and to
- define actionable steps for implementing improvements.

Short-, medium-, and long-term improvements were identified and the airline began implementation within days of opportunities being identified.
