South Africa's Competition Tribunal conditionally approves the Takatso Consortium proposed purchase of 51% shareholding in South African Airways (SAA)
On 25 July 2023, South Africa's Competition Tribunal provided a conditional approval of the proposed acquisition of 51% of shares in South African Airways by the Takatso Consortium.
Aviado Partners is pleased to be informed that the Competition Tribunal approved Takatso's plan, which has been based on a business plan developed by Aviado Partners and delivered in May 2023.
