Michael Beaupre

Based near Heidelberg, Germany, Mike is as technology leader with extensive expertise and experience leading international public sector organizations, Dax 30 businesses, and mid-sized firms through strategic technology initiatives. He is an expert in digitization and an industry leader in cyber security, organizational risk management, and compliance. Mike has a special talent connecting people with technology across diverse cultures to enhance decision making, reduce costs, and drive innovation. He has delivered state of the art operating models which tightly align business and technical operations. His extensive operational and executive leadership with the US Air Force, US Department of Defense (DoD), US Army, and Merck Group KGaA have enabled him to advise small and large enterprises in the medical, pharmaceutical, translation, and telecommunication industries worldwide.
Prior to joining Aviado Partners, Mike founded RpC Services, a highly specialized consulting firm in the areas of digitization, transformation, and cyber security. Before founding RpC Services, Mike was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Merck KGaA. Prior to this he was the Deputy Chief of Staff and strategic advisor to the US Army in Europe Chief Information Officer (CIO). He also served as the Director of Continuous Process Improvement for the US Army Europe. Throughout his career Mike has led complex organisations towards enhanced operations while saving hundreds of millions in operating costs. Mike is passionate about mentorship, coaching, and removing cultural barriers in large diverse organizations. He was born in the US, raised in Texas, and travels the world helping organizations maximize potential.
