In 2021, Sascha co-founded beOnd, leveraging the extended range of narrow-body aircraft to innovate in the luxury leisure travel segment. As Chief Performance and Chief Commercial Officer, he played a pivotal role in transforming this vision into a successful airline.

Prior to joining Aviado Partners and his contribution to beOnd, Sascha advised dozens of clients with his deep industry knowledge. He also successfully led the airline consulting divisions at Alton Aviation Consultancy and IATA, restructured Airbus Consulting, and spearheaded the Lufthansa Consulting Airline Restructuring division.
